  1. Thank you for this honest piece of writing – some of the coping strategies you have shared will certainly be useful to others also suffering from depression. I also decided to go freelance a few years ago on account of my sleeping patterns and periods of withdrawal. It IS possible to stand on one’s two feet despite internal struggle. 🙂
