Chennai Pride March வானவில் பேரணி
அன்பிற்கும் உண்டோ அடைக்குந்தாழ்? – திருவள்ளுவர்
Can love be shackled? – Thiruvalluvar
Owing to a schedule conflict the Chennai city police have permitted us to march in the morning (10 AM) on Sunday June 26th, rather than the evening. Our apologies for the inconvenience caused, especially to those getting in from out of town. We hope, nevertheless, that LGBT folks and our allies will show up in large numbers to march in solidarity. Please spread the word to other individuals and organizations. Thank you!

Is it safe to join the pride march at the marina beach?
Absolutely. Pride march is conducted with proper permission from the police department and is a very peaceful event. Your presence at the march will help the society understand better that nobody is ‘different’ and everyone needs to be treated fairly and equally. If you are worried about revealing your identity, you can wear face mask that will be handed out during the march.
