I sincerely hope that our SC will uphold the Delhi High court’s decision. I never had any doubts that that will be the case until today when I say that the Supreme court has reprimanded Swami Agnivesh for merely expressing his opinion on Amarnath Yatra. If this is not succumbing to the pressure of ‘popular morality’ as against ‘constitutional morality’, I dont know what is.. Maybe our Courts are not enlightened enough to give out the bold judgement…
